Rental Requirements & FAQs
A: Please review the Hawaii Bike Laws.
A: We provide helmets with each rental. Even though it is not required by state law, our company policy requires you to wear them.
A: Locks are included in every rental.
A: Honolulu has some really nice bike paths. There are other areas where you will be riding with traffic. Check out our bicycle maps page for rides that we recommend in Honolulu.
A. Yes we do. Please check out our kids bike page.
A. We don’t offer any surf racks. If the board is short enough and you're not going too far then you can hold it in you arm.
A. You must be 18 years old to rent a bicycle on your own. If you are under 18 years old you can rent with a guardian.
A. All reservations for the Go Oahu pass must be made online. A credit card is still required to create the reservation. Simply present your card at the time of the rental and your credit card will never be charged. Click here for information on the Go Oahu Card.
A. Hawaii is busy year round, so to guarantee we will have your bicycle you must reserve it online.
A. Be adventurous! Go everywhere, but you must go to Diamond Head, Manoa Falls and Magic Island. Check out our Island Maps & Rides for some suggested routes.
A. We offer refunds for all early returns. We will only charge for the time you have used.
A. We do offer cab credit for your hotel pick up. Catch a cab over to our location and we will put the fare toward the rental. It is only available for pick up, not drop off, and only available for direct bookings.

A. You can conveniently park the bikes on the sidewalk. Make sure to attach them to the bike racks. We have a secure parking garage designated for our customers that is accessible 24 hours a day,
