Q: Should we bring our own helmets? Are they required to wear in Hawaii?

A: We provide helmets with each rental. Even though it is not required by state law our company policy requires you to wear them

Q: Are locks provided?

A: Locks are included in every rental.

Q: Are reservations required?

A: We have plenty of bikes available, but always recommend a reservation.

Q: Is Honolulu a safe place to ride?

A: There are plenty of bike lanes along the ocean that make for a very enjoyable ride. Make sure to talk to your agent to give you the best routes.

Q. Do you offer kids bikes?

A. Unfortunately we don’t offer any bikes for kids.

Q. Do you offer surfboard racks?

A. We don’t offer any surf racks also.
