We rented two road style comfort bikes for four days. The gearing on my bike didn’t work properly (I couldn’t get into the lowest gear), I brought it back and you gave me another, which worked fine. Thank you for that.
We were so happy with the rental, that when we returned a week later, we rented again from you, and will continue to do so, on all our future trips to Oahu.

Thanks for the excellent service, and the good deal you have us on the 18 days rental. The bikes worked well and were good and sturdy. It was also great that you could pick them up at the Ilikai, since my wife was very ill–o.k. now. Current plans are to travel to Honolulu again next year. Will definately rent from you again.

Haiti was hit with a devastating earth quake on Tuesday. Hundreds of thousands of lives were lost and millions were affected by this event.
